cupid's arrow

when the wind blows hard
I turn my back to it

if the sun shines too bright
I cover my eyes

the rains come down in torrents
I take shelter

when the chill becomes cold
I protect myself in wrappings

but

your breath can whisper its warmth
upon my neck

your eyes can glitter
the reflection of the moon and stars

your tears can rain upon
my shoulder

your arms can hold me
never too tight

of you my Love
I can never get enough

  2. Oh this is so warm and wonderful. Lucky girl, your wife. But then you're lucky too. This poem makes me happy for you, my friend.
